Mr. Capt. Siddhu Chandrashekhar joined CS Construction India Pvt. Ltd. as a Director in 2018. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (First Division) and a Master’s Degree (M.Tech) in Structural Engineering (First Division). He has also completed a specialized program in Construction Management from NICMAR.

Before joining CS Construction, he gained valuable industry experience at Larsen & Toubro (L&T) as a Planning Engineer. Notably, he was also an Army Veteran, having served in strategic forward areas such as Jammu, North Sikkim, and Siliguri, bringing a disciplined, resilient, and mission-driven approach to his professional endeavors.

Under his dynamic leadership, CS Construction has experienced remarkable growth, with the company’s turnover rising from ₹45 Crores to ₹388 Crores, firmly establishing it as a major player in the infrastructure and construction sector.

Ms. Shilpa Candrashekhar Nagral

Chief Financial Officer | CSCPL

Ms Shilpa Nagral joined CS Construction India Pvt. Ltd. as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in January 2024. In her role as CFO, she is responsible for strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, and fiscal management, driving the company’s continued growth and operational efficiency.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University. In addition, she has completed the Executive Level of the Company Secretary (CS) program, equipping her with strong legal and regulatory acumen.

Before transitioning into the corporate sector, she devoted several years to preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, which enhanced her analytical capabilities and deepened her understanding of governance, regulatory systems, and public policy.

She later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she worked for over nine years in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) division. During this time, she gained extensive experience in financial structuring, due diligence, and transaction advisory, making her a strong asset in guiding financial strategy and corporate growth at CS Construction.
